The goal of POWER of STRENGTH is to give you different perspectives on various fitness topics, focusing on things you can take control of to change your life. You have to want to change first before change can happen, invite that son-of-a-bitch in and get to know 'em, the bark is usually far worse than the bite. Whether it is nutrition related, strength & conditioning related or just related to the mind, POWER of STRENGTH plans on touching the subject. Kanye West once said, "We all self conscious I'm just the first to admit it" meaning that even the person who seems extremely confident and sure of themselves is still self-conscious about something.
