Video on the left is the proper way to pick up a box, utilizing the hip hinge. Video on the right is the improper but most common way to pick something up off of the floor. Do enough of video on the right and don’t be surprised when your back feels sore/pain. Swipe to the next video to see an easy way to learn how to properly hinge at your hips and use your legs instead of spine when picking things up.
